PAUL NEVILLE, FOUNDER CEO AND FITNESS EXPERT

Paul Neville is one the nation's top fitness trainers with a tremendous passion for children and their health. Paul holds several personal training certifications from the Fitness Institute of Technology (FIT), the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE). In 1998, he developed a new training curriculum based on his own S.M.A.R.T. (Scientific Management of Anatomical Responsive Training) program which he still teaches today. In 2001 he opened the East Islip Health and Fitness Center. It is here that he has done most of his special population work with children, adults and the elderly suffering from diabetes, Parkinson's disease, spinal bifida, arthritis, bursitis, osteoporosis, cancer and cardiovascular diseases in addition to doing personal training, sports therapy and rehabilitation work. The birth of his first child prompted him to go after a lifelong dream to develop a fitness program for children nationwide. In 2003, he founded Kid Fitness LLC and joined forces with Pro Image Studios to produce the Kid Fitness television series and exercise videos.

SUSAN AMERIKANER, EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

Susan Amerikaner, a former classroom teacher, is an award-winning author and screenwriter, specializing in work for children and parents. Susan has written more than 50 books for adults and children. As Manager of Disney Schoolhouse, Susan wrote and developed multimedia for classroom and home use and instituted the Disney Schoolhouse Teacher Workshops, a national network of seminars for elementary school teachers. Susan was one of the chief writers for the acclaimed Madeline cartoon series. Susan was also the Story Editor on Showtime's live action series, Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle. Susan has developed show concepts and written scripts for several PBS series, including The Book of Virtues and Puzzle Place, a multicultural series for preschoolers. Her credits include preschool scripts for SPROUT, the new preschool network. Susan has a degree in Creative Writing from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Education from George Washington University. Susan maintains a teaching credential in the state of California, where she is certified to teach preschool through high school. .

WRITERS:

Mallory Lewis has been involved in children's entertainment for over 20 years. She is the Emmy Award Winner for 'Outstanding Writing in a Children's Series', the four time Emmy Nominee for 'Outstanding Writing in a Children's Series'. She is the Writer/ Producer of ENGLISH FOR VIETNAMESE, an animated/live action series for Vietnamese TV. She is the Producer/Writer/Star of Zoey's Wild Things Video and spent 2 years as Producer / Executive Story Editor for PBS series, The Charlie Horse Music Pizza. For 7 years she was the Senior Writer / Creative Supervisor, Post Production Supervisor for the Award winning series, Lamb Chop's Play Along. Lynn Kestin Sessler is a multi-award winning Producer and Writer. She has created and Executive Produced shows for PBS, HBO, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Noggin, and MTV Networks. Her recent credits include the award-winning Noggin TV & web series, Storytime/ And Then What Happened, as well as writing for the new musical animation series, Seemore's Playhouse. Lynn was the Senior Producer of the Emmy-nominated 30 by 30 Kid Flicks series for HBOFamily, Producer of the award-winning Shalom Sesame series (international version of Sesame Street) and Producer of the #1 rated MTV's Top 20 Video Countdown and Producer, amongst several others.

Mark Valenti has extensive experience in children's entertainment as head writer for Nick Jr.'s Lazy Town and story editor for Nickelodeon's Rugrats, Catdog, Hey Arnold, The Wild Thornberrys. He has also written episodes of Back to the Future, Totally Spies, and The Raggs Kids Club Band. Additionally, Mark wrote the movies Like Father, Like Santa for the ABC Family Channel and The Christmas Angel for NBC. He also was a production assistant at Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment, and was a script analyst for Ron Howard, Oprah Winfrey and Sidney Pollack.

DIRECTOR:

Emmy award winning television director Steven Feldman, has worked with talent as varied as Bill Nye, Linda Ellerbee and Elmo. His credits include Sesame Street, Leap Frog's Baby Leaps, the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss and, the current Nickelodeon hit, Lazy Town. Steve was honored with an Emmy for 'Outstanding Director in a Children's Series' in 2002 for Sesame Street and received nominations in the same category in 1996 for Barney and Friends and for Sesame Street in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001. In addition, he has produced and directed documentaries for MSNBC and directed the debut theatre production for Walden Media, Rock Odyssey.

LYRICIST & COMPOSER

Tom Schizzano began his musical career early, mastering piano, guitar, brass and woodwind instruments by the time he was teenager. At 19, Tom received the highest musical award honored by The United States Air Force where he served. In the early 90s Tom studied film scoring with Oscar winning composer, Joe Renzetti. Tom's musical credits include CBS Records, The Cartoon Network, B.B. King, Hall and Oats and Cyndi Lauper. In 2003, he wrote and produced 10 original songs for the Kid Fitness Television series. These upbeat songs, infused with energizing African rhythms reinforce the message that exercising is fun. Song titles include, 'Now I Exercise', 'Getting Stronger', 'Exercising with my ABCs', and 'Stretching Goes A Long, Long Way'
